The Audio Ministry ensures that the Word of God is clearly heard as it is presented through Bible teachings, workshops/classes, singing, and drama. Did you ever wonder how God's Word reaches to the ends of the world? One effective way is through the audio ministry. This ministry spreads God's word through audio production, lighting and live sound reinforcement.
Besides being equipped with the tools of the trade, sound engineers are constantly placed under challenging situations where quick thinking and an effective problem-solving attitude becomes a vital requisite.
Continuous trade training also ensures that the ministry stays relevant and updated within the world of audio engineering. This is essential as the sound ministry often has the privilege to work with some of the best musicians in the region.
Positions Available
Sound Technician
You will be provided technical support to the sound crew leaders and work closely with pastors and the worship leader during services and other meetings. You will be exposed to handling pressure from time to time.
Sound Crew Leader
Apart from knowing the technical and engineering aspects of the sound ministry, the crew leader communicates directly with the pastors, the preacher and the worship leader. Therefore, spiritual maturity and anointing to discern the atmosphere is needed. The crew leader also coordinates the duty roster for the crew and also assigns duties and briefs them accordingly.
